What Gimoro enjoys most about her role is the opportunity to work alongside her colleagues while serving the members of the Fund. She finds great satisfaction in listening to members’ needs, providing guidance, and assisting them in the best way possible. For her, every interaction is an opportunity to make a positive difference in someone’s life.
One of the achievements she is most proud of is developing a deep understanding of how the Fund operates. This knowledge has enabled her to confidently guide members through their enquiries, helping them better understand their benefits while consistently delivering quality service with patience, professionalism, and commitment.
Outside of work, Gimoro’s greatest source of motivation is her daughter, who inspires her to give her very best every day.
